Products Overview

Secret States are crafted mineral waters designed to support the biological and psychological processes of pure water fasting. They include generous quantities of much needed minerals such as sodium, magnesium and potassium – well in excess of any standard mineral water.
 
The product range spans only water-fasting compliant ingredients such as organic apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Additional flavour profiles come from natural spice and citrus extracts. 
 
They also contain zero sugar and no natural sweeteners, which can trick the body out of the precious fasted state.

Bottles

The tonics are sold in a 750ml glass bottle and are designed to act almost like pseudo meal replacements, i.e. you can drink 2-3/day when water fasting. The mineral content requires glass which also provides a premium drinking experience. They are also shelf-stable for up to 12 months (from DOM) without refrigeration.

Cases

Secret States customers often prefer to purchase our 6-pack cases for both economics and convenience. A person would look to consume a case every 2-3 days of extended water fasting. Serious practitioners often purchase multiple cases in a single event to support fasts that can last from several days to even several weeks.

Merchandising

As we technically have two product categories, bottles and cases, we also have two merchandising strategies.

Bottles are best displayed in fridges for immediate consumption but can additionally work well on the shelf as a take-home option. It is ideal if the customer can approach the product and it can be easily picked up and admired.

Stocking both fridge and shelf locations is optimal as take-home customers may miss the fridge routinely. Both locations should display both the individual bottle price AND the case price. That will increase the upsell rate to case purchases. 

Cases have been designed to make an impact at a distance and can be stacked in pyramids or small walls with larger signage.

A ‘Water Fasting Tonics’ sign with a case price is generally sufficient to garner plenty of interest. Speak with us if you would like to discuss developing something specific.

Orders and Payments 

Wholesale Unique to Secret States product is its economic offset dynamic. Unlike most products in store, which all compete for a place in the customers’ budget, the purchase of Secret States often presupposes a net saving! When the customer uses the product to fast, there is a natural cessation of other consumption.

Drinking up to 3 bottles per day can still be a daily net dollar saving when offset against 3+ meals, coffees, snacks and drinks. It also includes saved time.

Our products almost exclusively, have a built-in saving mechanism that benefits your sales and the customers’ bottom line.

*Pallet shipping is available for 32-96+ case orders. 96 cases to a full pallet are the optimal shipping rate.

Wholesale Registration and Approval

To access wholesale pricing you will need to register your business account.

Once your application has been submitted and approved you will be sent pricing and customised current shipping rates for your location. Your account will also now be able to access our easy ordering wholesale order form at your wholesale rates. Once your billing and shipping details are compiled on your first order, subsequent reorders should take less than 2-mins.

Orders and Payments We recognise wholesale clients require a highly efficient process for ordering as they are often tasked with managing hundreds of product lines.

We have endeavoured to make a 2-minute, 3-click e-commerce process to ensure ordering wastes no time.

Approved customers will be granted access to our wholesale portal for efficient ordering and payment. Orders are shipping the same day before if placed before 11 am or the next day, thereafter.

New customers are required to agree to a standard wholesale supplier contract which will be provided during your account registration.

Payment is via card at checkout or via direct transfer. Please email payment receipts to wholesale@secretstates.com for expedient dispatch.
